By booking a stay at Tribal Valley – Royal Vintage Stay, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Payments

• Full payment or advance is required to confirm your booking.

• Booking is subject to availability and confirmation from our team.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: [Insert Time] | Check-out: [Insert Time]

• Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability and extra charges.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in.

• 50% refund if canceled 3–6 days before check-in.

• No refund for cancellations within 48 hours of check-in.

4. Guest Policy

• Maximum of 8 guests per booking (2 couples ideal for comfort).

• Guests must provide valid government ID during check-in.

5. Use of Property

• The villa must be used respectfully; any damage to property will be chargeable.

• No loud music after 10 PM as per estate regulations.

• Pool safety and hygiene must be maintained by guests.

6. Meals & Inclusions

• Unlimited breakfast and dinner are included. Lunch is available at extra cost.

• Outside food is not permitted unless discussed in advance.

7. Pets

• Pets are allowed. Owners are responsible for pet hygiene and damages.

8. Liability

• We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, loss, or theft during your stay.

• Guests are advised to carry personal travel insurance.

9. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page
